Providing Feedback When Closing Your Yeeld Account

How to give feedback during the account closure process

If you choose to close your Yeeld account, we want to understand your reasons to improve our services. Here’s how we capture your feedback:

Feedback During Account Closure: When initiating account closure, you will be prompted to select a reason for leaving. You can choose from standard options or provide a custom reason in your own words.
Exit Survey: You’ll have the opportunity to complete a brief exit survey to provide more detailed feedback. This helps us identify areas for improvement and enhance our offerings.
