What Are the Support Hours at Yeeld?

Information on when you can access different support channels at Yeeld

Yeeld offers flexible support hours to ensure that you have access to help whenever you need it. Here are the hours for each of our support channels:

  • Knowledge Base & FAQs: Accessible 24/7 through the Yeeld app, providing detailed articles and guides to help with common questions and issues.
  • In-App Chat: Available Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and on Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM. You can access chat support via the Yeeld app in ‘More’ > ‘Contact Us’ or on our website at yeeld.com.
  • Phone Support: You can speak with a live agent during the same hours: Monday to Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM, and Saturdays and Sundays from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
  • Email Support: Our email support at support@yeeld.com is monitored around the clock. We aim to respond within 24 hours for general inquiries and within 4 hours for urgent issues.
  • Social Media Support: Active from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM GMT, Monday to Friday. Queries received outside these hours will be responded to the next working day.

These support options are designed to provide assistance at your convenience, ensuring you can always find the help you need.
